Do Not Allow Product to be Subbed Out

If you give customers a bonus product when signing up, or notice customers are allowed to swap out an item that you do not want them to, or if you want to change a product so they cannot sub it, here's how:

1. Go to the Products page

2. Select the product you do not want to allow subbing out

3. Click on the 'Advanced Settings' button

4. Change the setting 'Do not allow item to be subbed out?' to 'True'

5. Save the product and you are done!

Customers will no longer be allowed to sub that item out of their order.
