The admin side of the Kiva Logic software now has an update to include the latest feedback widget from UserVoice. On each page of the admin side you will see a small green caption balloon that will allow you to send a message or open a support ticket easily, right from your admin, making help just a click away.


We've made it even easier for you to get help by integrating the UserVoice widget to automatically populate your name and email- doesn't get much simpler! Please make sure you have your admin account profile filled out, if it is not you will see a message on your Dashboard asking you to do so.


When you just click on update, this link will take you to your admin profile, where you should fill out your first name, last name, and email address.


As always, we strive to bring you the best customer service possible and we are excited that this update will make it easier for you and your employees to ask questions, submit feature ideas, and look for knowledge base.
