Issues Logging Into Kiva Logic Admin

If you are an admin user and you are having trouble logging in, here are some steps to try:

  1. Double check that you are using the correct username. Remember, admin users don't have to use an email address as their username- admin users can use a shorter name like "wayne" or "benjamin", it doesn't have to be an email address.
  2. Reset your browser cache and cookies
  3. Close your browser and re-open it
  4. Use the 'forgot password' page on your domain to reset your password and choose a new one.
  5. Ask an administrator at your company to reset your password through the admin side
  6. Ask an administrator at your company to check that the username you are using is correct
